1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use mushrealmcollective.com or buy from us. "We", "us" and "our" mean MushRealm Collective. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy, our Returns & refunds policy and our Privacy policy.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old. US menu orders need a shipping address in the United States; UK menu orders need a shipping address in the United Kingdom.

3. Our products and their intended use

We sell sterilized grain spawn, pasteurized substrate and kits that combine them, for growing gourmet mushrooms. Our products contain no mushroom spores, cultures or genetics, and they are not for human or animal consumption. You agree to use them lawfully. We do not sell, promote or support growing any species that is controlled or illegal where you live. See our intended use statement.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Bags are made by hand in small batches, so colour and fill can vary slightly from the photos.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars on the US menu and in pounds sterling on the UK menu. Shipping is calculated at checkout and any taxes that apply are shown before you pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we email your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Cancellations, the arrival guarantee and refunds are covered by our Returns & refunds policy.

7. Offers and discount codes

Our VIP first-order offer gives 20% off your first order when you join our email list. The code:

• is personal and works only with the email address it was sent to;
• can be used once, on your first order, within 90 days of being issued;
• cannot be combined with other codes, exchanged for cash, or applied to orders already placed.

Our first-order code WELCOME20 gives 20% off the products in your first order from us, on the US or the UK menu. It:

• takes 20% off the products only, not delivery;
• works only when neither your email address nor your delivery address has a paid order with us already;
• can be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other codes (including VIP codes), exchanged for cash, or applied to orders already placed.

We may change or end an offer at any time, but codes already issued will be honoured until they expire. Other promotions will state their own terms.

8. Accounts and the Grow Dashboard

You can create a free account to use the Grow Dashboard. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. The guidance in the dashboard and on this site is general information to help you grow, not a promise of results.

9. Growing results

Growing mushrooms depends on your culture, technique and environment, which we do not control. We guarantee that our bags arrive clean and intact (see the arrival guarantee), but we cannot guarantee a particular yield or outcome.

10. Our content

The text, photos, graphics, logos and product names on this site belong to MushRealm Collective. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Governing law

For orders on the US menu these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. For orders on the UK menu they are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute arises, please contact us first. Most problems can be fixed with one email.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you place it. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
