How to run this bag
1Inoculate the grain
Wipe the grain bag’s port and inject your culture. Colonize at 65–75°F for ~2 weeks, shaking once.
2Mix into the substrate
Break up the colonized grain and mix it evenly through the substrate bag.
3Colonize
Let the mycelium run through the substrate — usually 1–2 weeks until fully white.
4Fruit & harvest
Introduce fresh air and humidity, pin, and harvest 2–3 flushes.
