How to run this bag
1Inoculate
Wipe the injection port with alcohol and inject colonized grain spawn or liquid culture through it. Reseal is automatic.
2Colonize
Keep at 65–75°F, out of direct light. White mycelium spreads through the substrate over 1–3 weeks.
3Fruit
Once fully colonized, introduce fresh air and high humidity to trigger pinning. Mist to keep the surface humid.
4Harvest
Pick just before the caps flatten. Expect 2–3 flushes — rest and rehydrate the bag between them.
