Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the USA only. Orders go out within 2 business days. A UK store is coming soon — join our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders ship fast anywhere in the USA, dispatched within 2 business days.
Most US orders arrive in 3–6 business days. Substrate and grain spawn are made to order, so please allow up to 2 business days for us to prepare your bag before it ships.
Not yet — we ship to US addresses only for now. A UK store is in the works; sign up for launch alerts and you’ll be first to know.

Order & Returns
Because substrate and grain spawn are live, perishable products, we can’t accept returns on opened bags. If a bag arrives damaged or contaminated, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Email support@mushrealmcollective.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Verified arrival issues are covered by a free replacement or refund.
For approved damaged or defective replacements, Mushrealm Collective covers it. We don’t accept change-of-mind returns on live, perishable products.
Every batch is pressure-sterilized to lab standards. If a sealed bag arrives contaminated, we’ll make it right — just reach out within 7 days.
